FAQ
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ART?

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ORDERS?

WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU USE?
I use a wide range of mediums depending on my mood, inspiration, and size of the artwork. When painting, I enjoy using oil and acrylic. When drawing, I gravitate towards charcoal, graphite, and oil pastels.
WHEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW WORK?
My goal is to release three collections per year. However, I work 50+ hours a week being a middle school art teacher, so it truly depends on the time and energy I have towards creating and sharing with the public. In my most busy seasons, I simply need to create for myself and not to share with others. In addition to my goal of three collections per year, I also plan to share single pieces frequently.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMISSIONS?
I take a few commissions per year based on my availability. If you are interested in requesting a commission piece, please contact me!
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?
Each original and fine print are carefully wrapped in velum, supported with corrugated boards, and then mailed in a thick flat-mailer or box. I ship each order using UPS, and their included tracking.
WHEN DOES ARTWORK SHIP?
Originals: Shipping times vary, but you can generally expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks. I seal all originals with professional grade fixatives that are specific to the medium, so a slight delay may occur depending on the drying time of the fixative (1-4 days).
Prints: I kindly ask that that you allow time for my local printshop to complete your order, and for me to properly package and ship to you. Within 48 hours of your purchase, I will place your custom print order. Shipping times very depending on the materials chosen and the demand of the printshop, which means you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 2-4 weeks (this print shop is the best in the city of Phoenix, so I promise it is worth the wait!).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of my original pieces are final sale. Art prints are available for return or exchange, but I must first evaluate the issue based on photo documentation that you provide. If you have any dissatisfaction with your purchase (original or print), please reach out to me, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
